  • Hello and thankyou.

    G'day everyone.
I'm Jason, a part-time Home Dad and I got into the VW scene after the purchase of a Porsche 924, then a mk3 Golf GL (wish I had've kept that one), a mk1 1600 (current), 1968 Kombi Van (current). Can I say "Kombi" on this forum?
My partner Alicia is now the owner/driver of the mk1 and I Cruise around in the Van about once a week.
We are keeping our eyes open for an Audi or Passat to replace the Golf within the year hopefully.
Yes, I have been registered on this forum before but due to lack of access to internet I was unable to keep things upto date. Formally "Jman" and "Aircooled" (sorry 'bout that one). I'm in for the long haul now that I got time and internet at home.
Sorry i don't have many pics of the Golf.

    Kombi is my main focus.

Yeah they're considered a "Pedestrian Hazard"

I consider pedestrians more of a hazard.

Suggest Roo bars (to protect your paintwork).

Antually the paint on this Kombi isn't worth protecting.
One might say it already has plenty of "character".
Besides, the only ones that damage the paint are the Goth's with their piercings and studded leather. Ha.
