I'm French, I will have my new Tiguan in July 2018 (Version : Carat Exclusive with R Line, 1.4 Tsi). Actually I have a Seat Leon TDi 170 FR (2010).
I have found this forum because I love Tweaks with vcds or obd 11. I have not find good French forum.
