Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

    Cost to Repair Haldex Pump - 2010 Tiguan Diesel

    Hi folks

    Have been quoted $1294 to service the Haldex unit and install a pump repair kit. Apparently there is an intermittent fault code coming up.

    Have never dealt with a Haldex unit before. This is not a dealer. Does this sound like a reasonable price for this?
