Pity I was about a minute late getting there before you all jumped in and headed onto the track.... apparently there were some spots up for grabs as some members sadly had to pull out. I could have slotted in and grabbed one had I known.

Oh well.... no more hitting the snooze button hey

Great event again, and I can't believe how a few little, relatively cheap mods, can make various cars SOOOOO much faster than stock!

I have a heap of iPhone pix from pit wall that I'm going through - trying to weed out the crap ones (probably most of them) so I'll provide a link at some point for those who want to download/browse.

Not sure how everyone feels having these posted publicly available? I can make them private and just provide links for those of you who identify yourselves/your car... don't need the insurance po-po's causing issues for anyone here?

Thoughts &/or suggestions? Maybe I just set up a free Dropbox account specifically for these events and just give members here the login details for browsing or uploading?

Anyone know if you can get tyre valve caps that bleed at XX Psi
I can only find ones that require a new hole in the rim
I cant see why there isn't any around, just a cap with a Rated spring at XX Psi.

Cold pressures this morning after bleeding to 38 hot after Happy laps....

With the drive out to QR from Northside and adding 1 or 2 psi, should be perfect next time. But Bleed valves would be so much easier...

Given the intent of happy laps, there really should be near on zero chance of any contact with anything. Safer than a mountain run, all heading in the same direction, high visibility, etc. Y'day was a great morning, QR absorbs speed differences much better than Lakeside which makes is much safer all round too.


I thought my car was sounding a bit cruddy under load towards the end of the session, got home to see/not see one turbo to down pipe stud gone and another backing out...
