Hi all...The weather is looking good for tomorrow, hope to see many of you there. The run it's self is probably going to be around 2 hours, shouldn't be any more then that, but it can also be shorter if you want to break off on your own.

There will be no posting of the route, just the meet point and then we'll go from there.

Well good drive the parts I did... Will be seeing alex on monday morning to see what is up with the car. Engine light came on and in the manual it talks about misfiring and Exhaust Gas.

So hopefully figure it out on Monday

haha .. i got the BMW look alike ones .. im not a huge fan of them but they are smoked and just blend with the car that bit better ..still got a couple of little rocks today but no damage
was a shame u couldnt last the whole run ..
was fun lil run ..
got some air .. so did sub .. suprised it held out today ..
after some talkies i now have new super dooper plans for her that shall go ahead as soon as the money fairy visits me ..

Back home safe and sound...

I had an awesome time guys, the drive up to Springbrook was an absolute hoot!!! And for a bonus my brakes didn't even catch on fire on the way down Mt. Tambourine!!!

MUAHAHAA... And they are goooooood plans too... Shhhhhhhh...

Sorry lil_punc, I got no pics of the airtime (Mk2 GTI and Mk4 GLE synchronized hill-jumping), as I was too busy holding on to the steering wheel for dear life...

BrisGTI, it was a shame to lose you halfway through the cruise, but it occurs to me that may be a very good excuse for another run soon!!!

Bugger.
I could've sworn this cruise was meant to be tomorrow (Sunday).
It's funny though because the Mrs and I went up Mt Tambourine today. We went in through Beaudesert and up that way. Didn't get there until 12ish though. I had a good day though but I was looking forward to heading out on another cruise tomorrow.
And I missed the old skool representing as well.

Thanks to all for those who came, it was a great turn out with a great bunch of guys! We all hope that Thomas gets his beast up and running, as it was sad to not have him chasing me up the hills, but the S3 more then made up for it!

Well found out this morning via VAG that all 4 coil packs were misfiring that is why my engine light was on.

Error codes cleared now will see if the fault comes up again. If so it goes in to the dealer and get all 4 replace under warrenty.

Will add it to the list of items that have been claimed under warrenty.
