100 cars in a session is a bit ambitious. Would well and truly be a cruise session with that many on at once

Ha yeah 100cars will be like driving around a car park. Oh well. I'll go and watch and it's only an extra 10 bucks so might hop on for a bit if it's quiet.

some actions on the lakeside timeattack last sat.

golf 6 r with Michelin 225 40 18 PSS (went greasy after 3-4 hard laps), stock suspension, stock brakes, stock spring, etc... I had to change my approach to braking point.

my tail almost came out once when I did late braking into corner like I used to do in the previous car with bilstein pss10 coil and upgraded brakes

hopefully the clip would help some for next month's HL in terms of lines (although not consistent and plenty of room for improvements).

Nice laps Nat…is the awd a whole different experience to 2wd?
Do you have to retrain the brain how to handle the car?

thx Karl. golf 6 r awd... not so much as it is fwd biased. but straight line traction was obvious.

did not have enough chance to explore the car's braking and cornering at the last happy laps, so the first and second sessions at timeattack were a learning experience and had to adjust my driving (especially on braking point) to keep the car on the black stuff driving on green stuff is no no at lakeside

Nat, you big girls blouse, you braked for the kink, haha. Really nice lines though mate, others should take note. I started taking a very similar line out of karousel and over the crest as it minimised tyre spin, not sure if it's quicker than sticking hard right, but made the exit to the bridge more straight.
