Hi all
Last year a few of the VW watercooled community attended this event and I would personally like to extend the invitation to this years event. Details are as follows....
DATE: - SATURDAY 19TH JULY
TIME: - 8AM TILL @1.30PM
LOCATION: - CUSTOM EXHAUST SPECIALISTS UNIT 2/78 NESTOR DRIVE MEADOWBROOK
COST: - $40 PER CAR
DYNO IS RATED TO APPROXIMATELY 300HP AT THE WHEELS. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO COMPETE.
There will be various categories to cater for everyone from stock to mild to wild!!!!
Trophies will be awarded to category winners.
We are also hoping to have some of the prominent VW drag cars from Queensland on display to have a close up look at as well as participating on the dyno.
Sponsors are currently needed so if you know someone or are that someone then please contact either myself or Peter Page(0409 004 767) for more information and associated costs.
There will also be an area set aside for sponsors to display VW performance parts if they choose to.
There will be limited spaces available on the dyno so contact us to book your spot ASAP or miss out!!
As part of workplace health and safety to enter the workshop at CES you must have ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR or you will have to stand outside and watch from a distance.
NO ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR = NO ENTRY.
