  • Targa Tasmania GTG 28th April

I have been approached to official on the stage of Targa that goes past my house. I am not making a decision until I hear whether anyone is interested in doing a Targa GTG on the Friday 28th April or not.

If not, I am keen to do a GTG on the Saturday.

Let me know soon, need to advise my intention to Targa tomorrow night.

How about a convoy to the Ross Stage! Leave early Saturday morning, watch Ross stage, have lunch and return?

Saturday cruise may be better, I have decided to volunteer on the Lower Longley stage on Friday.

Let's say Saturday to town stage at Ross is a goer?

Saturday is a NO GO for me. I forgot that school soccer starts this weekend and I am coaching under 6's this winter...

Thursday at Grass Tree Hill though...

I am doing time-keeping at the start of the Longley stage on Friday!

Thats a shame foolio. A few fellas will be heading out on Friday with there "Golfs" and also on Saturday morning in there "golfs" to catch a bit of Targa and a few laughs. The only thing is on Saturday morning, the stage commander owns and operates from a bay kombi, and you would be required to drive past it, its air cooled and that might get frowned at. But it will be a fun morning none the less.

Your making Colebrook sound like a wet cold hell hole mk5gti. We must be mad mate! I know we have been well wet in the past and cold. A thermos could be the go this year, and we always have a good time. The drive to Ross stage is a bit of a ****ter, and its even colder up there usually. Once your knackers have frozen off at Ross, the fog rolls in and you get colder.
