I did notice he was taking it extra easy towards the end.
Nice to see it getting pushed but also that he let people pass after turn 5 which was appreciated.

Looking forward to some of the pictures from today.

Got caught in traffic on the way back just as we left QR.
Stopped on the highway with a blue r, Kong and NoLoss for some reason.

I waited for about 5 minutes in the traffic without moving then turned around and went long way. No idea why it was stopped, I assume it moved eventually, probably should have waited it out.

Yeah it moved after about 10 mins and flowed all the way from there on. There was a hilux into a corolla as we passed through, next to no damage but I'm sure they would have got out and looked for awhile.

That thing sounds the business going down the straights and your R8 too. Something my 4 pot will never do

Thanks for organising Clay. Only got a few laps before an intercooler pipe let go. No big deal, just inconvenient. Kinda expect some teething with the new toy so all smiles. At least could drive it home and was enough laps to know I'll be ordering suspension next week. Yippee.
