Okay, unfortunately we have not reached anywhere near the numbers we need to hold the event.
Lakeside required us to have 34 paying customers which was usually filled with the main list of 25 people plus extra's who were eating/riding along.
We currently have 16 people after we had 10 people drop out at the last minute so I am going to have to cancel the event.
I will work on another one in the new year but there are a lot of changes going on at Lakeside/QR so the format may be changed significantly.
This is proposed to include an upfront payment to cover the cost which would be recovered by the event organiser (ME) at the time of nominating.
Also their costs are going up so the event may cost $30 instead.
Sorry to all the people who nominated and stayed on the list, I will make sure you get priority preference in the next one.
I will send out a pm to all those who confirmed to ensure we don't get any people missing out on this info.Comment
