Hey mate, I hate to be a public biatch, so I'll put you on the reserve, but I will say this: Personally, despite being engineered and built in Germany, I don't consider Ford euro. It's a contentious issue, but that's my opinion. I also want to be fair, but at the same time, these ain't my happy laps and I'm not a power-trippin' bastard, so you're in. The other thing I'll mention is contribution. It would be good to see a few more posts in threads other than happy laps. That goes for everyone. "Euro" and "forum contribution" are debatable and subjective, I know, but someone's gotta make the tough call and say who's eligible and who isn't. Anyway, I know you've been to previous HL's, so it's all good. You're on reserve and if you don't make it on the main, I'll put you on main for the next one.

Thanks mate - happy to chuck in the equivalent cost as a financial contribution to the forum in lieu of posts from me (I could post all day but it wouldn't really be what you'd call a "contribution", I generally add very little value). You guys aren't a bunch of ****wits which is why I like to tag along occasionally...much better than the boostcruising experience I once had.

Ford's a weird one - it's an American make but my car wasn't even available in the states, so in the same way a Falcon is considered Australian, I've always considered their European designed/built Fords as European. It has a Swedish engine just to make it a bit more confusing.

We've just picked up a new focus as a loan car while the fiesta's getting the gearbox rebuilt , indicators are on the right side. Didn't expect that. No idea where they're built.
