Here's the directions and instructions from the event organisers (reposted from Facebook):
"To make things a little easier, we have drawn up a map. Please note that you can not turn around easily on King William St so please approach from the southern end on the street to enter by 9am.
Cars on a trailer can be unloaded on the street and we suggest this happens as early as possible. The trailer can then be stored at the Parade Ground with access via a fob. Please see a marshal for this access.
Because of the large amount of cars this year, can we please have the correct change ($20) to give to the entrance marshal. This will speed up the process of getting everyone in.
We have had many people ask how much it is to enter and view cars. This is absolutely free so please tell all your friends to come down and have a look!
We have upgraded our food stall this year to try and cater for everyone. Come and visit the admin area to get some lunch, buy a t shirt, get some club merchandise or sign up to the club.
If you cant wait till Sunday, come and see the club at the drags on the Saturday night. We will have many club members and cars attending.
