Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    QLD /NSW/VIC Mk4 r32 gathering

    A get together bringing all MK4 R32 owners and drivers in one place to share, hear and see almighty MK4 R32s this country has to offer. I do not have any dates, nor do I have any locations planned but given most MK4 R32 owners are based in QLD and NSW, perhaps half way house would be a great place to meet. So here is my initial thought.

    - Meet in October 26
    - Meet up at Ballina, Byron Bay or Kingscliff

    So I need 2 things.

    1. Put your name down if you can definitely make it 100%
    2. If you have location ideas, please put it down here

    Caveat: Its a possibility that you will have to either stay overnight somewhere to be organized by yourselves.

    The way I see how things work for the day is;
    1. Meet up for a morning coffee
    2. Then go for a nice cruise
    3. Stop over for lunch somewhere
    4. Then for those staying overnight, have dinner
    5. Then head home the next day

                    Sounds good. I'm sure the word will get around that there is an R32 meet coming up to all the VWWatercooled MK4 R32 members on here. Jed, you have been slack with the updates in your build thread here Any photos of the car after the detail and cleaning of the inner guards?

                              C'mon everyone, people have got to want to be a part of this great spectacle.

                              But in all seriousness it will be a great day and it would be good to see some more R32 guys try and come up/down for it
