Looks like some cool cars turned out for it! Next year I plan on being there.

I like the look of the gold/bronze Ghia and that white MkV too. Ray your 8L is looking great too mate.

Thanks to everyone who attended the show this year, we hope that you enjoyed your day.

It was a shame that we lost the use of the lawns 2 days before the show, thats part of life in the ACT unfortunately. We could only make do with what we had.

We appreciate everyones feedback, thanks for the comments above. I agree that its hard to make a standard carpark look like a 'show', but without knowing how many are coming of each model, we have to make space for everyone and hope that we fill the spaces. Parking on an angle might look good but it takes space that we may need for other cars. Yes we had maybe 20 spaces left at the end, but if we parked our close-to 100 cars on an angle, we would have needed to turn cars back at the gate.

However we take all feedback on and hopefully we can have the lawns for the show next year, which makes an excellent backdrop for a show.

If that's the case, I would strongly recommend also advertising that other cars are allowed on the show & shine. For example cars who are part of the VAG family such as Skoda & Seat. Yes they might not be fully German build, but they're fully German engineered/build and put together the Czech Republic/Spain.
