                Side note on your sig, if you are running 13.5 in the 1/4 it's unlikely you are sub 5 to 60. Have you timed it?

                  There was an R8 that I expected to be faster, but I beat him with my 13.5. Not sure why. Obviously the R8 is a lot quicker, as you've pointed out, being in the 12's. With regard to my 0-100, yes, that's on a P3 gauge on level ground. During the actual Willowbank 1/4-mile, it has read 5.1.

                    Could have been me. I ran a few mid 13s before I worked out how to launch. Pretty disappointed with a 12 9 thought-should be mid 12s. Oh well, my launches still weren't perfect. Common misconception that the r8 is supposed to be devastating in the quarter... It is really a track car, biased toward handling. They run similar lap times to the Carrera 4s.
                    Obviously they fixed the grunt a bit with the v10, but the handling suffered a bit.
                    Surprising on the 0-100...especially on a turbo, where I would expect the power to come later. I would think it would be quicker in the 1/4. I've not timed this one to 60, but should be between 4.0 and 4.6.
                    My '55 runs 4.5 and my srt6 ran 4.3...so as long as it's a a fast as that I'll be happy.

                      Would like to see you out at sprints in your R8. Perhaps a general practice session at Lakeside or QR?
