After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Well, did anyone want to meet for a general catch-up / quiet cruise this Sunday evening then? The idea was floated a page or two back but there hasn't been anything locked in.
I'd be keen for a meet, and possibly a quiet cruise along the foreshore or something similar (maybe meet at Semaphore, and cruise down to Seacliff)? I've got the new car but will be taking it very easy.2008 MkV Volkswagen Golf R32 DSG

Remembering that daylight savings ends on Sunday so it will get dark an hour earlier (i.e. sunset at 6pm).

Yes that's the one. Turn right at the end of Semaphore Rd, drive past the Palais going north (towards Outer Harbor) and then take the left turn at the first round-about.
There is the kite festival on over Easter but the kites finish at 5pm so hopefully by 5:30 the carpark will have emptied out.
For those with a camera perhaps head down a little early and see if you can get some nice shots of the kites....
