There's a Vortex cruise some time early-mid February, so it looks like a meet-up should be in order on the second-half of February.

The Dreamworx show is on the 16th, I can make the 17th, it'd have to be the 23rd or 24th for me

I'd rather go up Newcastle way than Woolongong tbh, overdone that is. Mischa think of something good, quickly!

The distance is almost the same for me anyway... I'd be in for a northern Sydney run

I reckon traipsing across Sydney to go North is madness.
I always get a ticket when I go up to Newy.
I`ll come if we go south. A run across the new bridge nad maybe a bbq at stanwell park sounds good to me.

Guys, we're gonna be wanting more of an official get-together for pre-Nats discussions rather than an all out cruise for this occasion. There will be families participating too (regulars Matt and George are some of the few). I'd really like to do the RNP --> Sea Cliff Bridge run. Another suggestion would be up to Gosford? The Entrance? Like most of our GTGs, we'll be finding a nice road up and settling at a venue with ample parking, a BBQ, and a park for the kids (or a beach would do nicely). Gosford's great for some fishing too so those who want to can bring along their rods. There's a shop that holds permits right at the Entrance too, so it wouldn't be too bothersome.

If there's another location that's not too far of a drive (1-1.5 hours drive each way, tops) and has a suitable venue, suggest! Wisemans Ferry is usually avoided for the lack of a suitable venue, so that's out.

We can organise an all out drive some time but for this occasion, it's gonna be more of a GTG. My pick of date would be 24th of February or 2nd of March (both Sundays).

I like the sounds of Sea Cliff Bridge. Plus I dont think I've ever been there. Any date suits me...

                              hey guys,

been chatting to loon and we need to have a OFFICIAL GTG before the nats.as we did last year.
ill let rayray086 take care of the details as he has already got the ball rolling!!!!

here is my idea.stanwell park is a top place, plenty parking and great beach!!!

the route id just rough, but maybe we could do the appin route and come down through the gong and head up to the park via that new bridge???
