EDIT: I meant FEBRUARY... Can a mod change the title?

I am thinking of going to SOTS session on the 13th of FEBRUARY 2013.

Is anyone else secretly planning on going that day?

Ill be driving from ACT -> Wakefield.

Just confirming that myself and a mate will be heading up tomorrow. Planning on leaving from the new Maccas in Watson about 8am (3 yr old daughter prevents leaving any earlier).

I'll be in the Polo and my mate in his Golf R.

Had a great outing today - didn't see Sirocco20348 but did meet up with a couple of guys from Sydney with identical Stage 1 APR tuned Golf Rs.

The Polo and the Stage 1 Rs pretty much set the same times all day - what the Rs had over the Polo in power and AWD grip they lost with road tyres, stock brakes and a comfortable interior. I ceded my lap timer to my mate for the afternoon session so not sure of the final lap times but I think 1:12-13s were the order of the afternoon.

The Stage 2+ Golf R (manual) managed 1:09.9, which is a pretty awesome achievement for any car.

Sorry! My car was at CVWC having issues fixed, Ill be going at the end of the month now. Total Bummer I missed going with with guys yesterday.
