but I heard from my Boss it was the driver's first track run and it was his second lap.
the morning session was awesome, great conditions, not too hot, no dramas, fast cars everywhere and managed to get a 1:07:94 PB on street tyres Potenza RE050A (which somehow last very long!! 4mm thread depth on the middle with 25,000km with a few track days and many Happy Laps)

Wow, 55 in the rain by a Rex driver. Awesome. I managed a PB 1:07.4 in the wet on Fri with BMW club.
My stock Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's have lasted 15k with a few happy laps thrown-in. Pilot Super Sports for street comin' up!

Has anyone tried dashmounting or windscreen mounting a normal digital camera through a tripod mount at all at these happy laps? I'm asking as I want to overlay the go-pro footage with audio from inside the car (and perhaps have the interior footage in the top corner of the go-pro video) to try and get rid of the annoying wind buffetting and also to have a different persepective running at the same time.
