Since there has been a decent response this time to having a dyno day looks like it's going ahead!!

United has an AWD Bosch dyno, so 4motions & Quattro Audis will be good to go!

We are booked for 15 cars, although we might be able to squeeze in a couple more on the day
Given the response in the Two-monthly cruise thread, we are nearly at that figure already, so if you want in you will need to confirm with me ASAP.

Cost is $50 per vehicle, and Luke & I will be looking at organising another sausage sizzle for gold coin donations.

I will post a list of members below who expressed interest, first in first served. I also will ask people to pay upfront to secure their place so once you confirm you can PM me for bank details.

Had a couple of queries from people regarding configuration - had a chat to the guy there today to confirm.

It's normal rolling road dyno, each roller (ie front / rear axle) is engaged independently to suit FWD RWD or AWD.
Test run at 100km to calibrate revs, then power run up to revs of driver's choice eg redline or cut at 6000 etc. No force is exerted on the vehicle from the dyno so it's just as if you were accelerating on the road normally.
