Hi guys, first post on here - but have been on GolfMkv.com for a while. I'd like to come along this saturday, but doubt very much I'll be able to make it due to Friday night's activities.

A few of us from GolfMkv are having a get together the following weekend (Sunday Feb 10th). At the moment it's all current model GTI's and a GT, you guys are more than welcome to come along and balance it out a bit. If anyone's interested PM me (so I don't take over this thread) and I'll add you to the list. We'll be PMing the start location to people closer to the event & handing out a route map on the day. It'll be an 8:30 kick off, ending at a pub somewhere within 100km of the CBD in time for lunch for those who want to stick around.

From those who have confirmed... Looks like 2 VR6's and V6 bora, mk iv r32 and a new GTI

the cruise was very good, i enjoyed it. It did get a bit too hot in the end, i couldn't really enjoy my car the way i wanted it. the beginning of toodjay rd was especially good, me and runamuk had a bit of fun with our cars. This is one of the best driving roads around Perth
