Hey all involved,
just wondering what the final date for this is, as if it is the 12th , then tomorro I need to start acting like im coming down with something so as to get saturday off. 19th would prob work better for me, and hopefully all the rain in the region would clear away by then

I think the 19th will be the date selected - waiting on a PM back from Broady as I'll be looking after it on that date.

We won't make it this weekend anyway, due to the late notice now.

YES!!!!!!! I can work on getting 19th of for sure, cheers man. hoping with fingers crossed that the weather will be better by then, and that I will have gotten some new tow hook cover as well.

I propose a meeting time of 9.30am, as we do have a fair bit to get through. Final meeting point will be Toombul Shopping Town, cnr Sandgate Rd and East-West Arterial Rd, in the carpark on the far side of the creek (about 10mins from destination, plenty of room to park, easy to find, central location).



Gold Coast and Southside members can meet elsewhere (up to you to organise as I don't know your areas), and proceed to the final meeting point.

Destination will be the train yards at Eagle Farm.
