Due to the location this year, it is suggested that anyone wishing to display their car be at the show by 10:30am
There will be two entry points, the one closer to parliment house will be the VW entry point. As its a car park, its Club Veedubs intent to have 1 car to 1 car parking bay. I will update with any more information as I get it.

Any chance of pre-registration in model categories? Be nice for a solid numbers of each model together.
If not, maybe stage a pre entry gtg and roll in as convoy.

Yo this is not to sound rude but that is the most pathetic poster iv ever seen, if you want to attract people id suggest maybe organising a good clear professional looking poster. This is your major event so id hope you would want to attract as many car and general public as possible. A pro eye catching poster is something great to attract attention.
