This the taped camera to head of seat mod vid? turned out good. When i seen it i laughed but hay it works I didnt see you on the track.

As a new member was good to catch up and have a chat, now i no how slow my car really is lol

haha yup that's it. I got a few interesting looks from bicyclists on the way there haha. I should have a GoPro for the next one so it won't be so ghetto (uni-life ).

I wouldn't worry about having a slow car, mine is only ~130hp and 170Nm. I think it's more fun having a slow car because it makes overtaking so much more rewarding.

Its all good had heaps of fun. Looked at my speedo and just got over 185 before braking so i think thats ok, no idea on lap time. Forgot to put my apps and ecu info to keen to get on the track.

Thanks again for the morning people - I like the short circuit better than the big one. Aaron sorry I was in a dazz before I did have a little bit of fun in the gravel of the 1 corner only little one this time - I forgot about it.

I was surprised by the pace of my little .:R32 against some of the modded turbo cars.
I've still got a lot to learn cornering wise though

I prefer the short circuit over the long one as well, although it certainly showed up my excessive body roll (made me car-sick towards the end).
Even though there were way more cars than I expected it didn't get too hectic for me (don't know about others). I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was keeping up with some people, had a good time with the MINI193 cooper S.

There were 37 cars on the track today - about 3 more than last time. It's a bit of a juggling act - we have to have at least 30 to make it viable otherwise we may not get on the track - but as people usually drop out (we had 4 drop out today - just as well!), we have to overbook it a little (a la Alan Joyce) to account for the last minute change of plans.

Everytime she hits the limiter at 7,500 she blows smoke - it is all good engine has still heaps of life in her.
