I prefer the short circuit over the long one as well, although it certainly showed up my excessive body roll (made me car-sick towards the end).
Even though there were way more cars than I expected it didn't get too hectic for me (don't know about others). I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was keeping up with some people, had a good time with the MINI193 cooper S.

Haha yep, my tyres got so squirmy and loose it was horrible - had to drive like a nana one of every four laps to let them cool a bit haha. Need to buy something better than Ku31s.

And yep, that rs4 is awesome.

on first lap was almost caught out after turn 3, had been expecting a longer straight of the full national, but it was actually better than having all corners after fast straights
