      That's pretty good times.
      What's the 0-100?

Also, did Nathan and Anthony and Rory have a run?

Yeah mate they all did, I will leave times for them to say but Ant did pretty damn well especially considering it was his first run

Thanks Jason, and thanks for the advice mate. I added a little blurb about last night in my build thread. Jason is still the King!!!

Briefly met Jason, VERY briefly hahaha. Most of the Veedubs that I saw when I arrived at around 6:15 cleared out by 7-8ish. So didn't get to meet most. Met Nathan in the RS4, car sounded ****ing amazing on full noise. Also met another guy, in a black MkV Pirelli. Had a good chat to him but didn't get his name.

Was my first time out at the drags in the Golf, was a bit hesitant to go all out like in my old cars hahaha. Axle Tramp is horrendous and I didn't wanna go home with a snapped driveshaft or blown CV.

My 60fts were absolutely shocking, which hurt my times heavily. Just too chicken **** to dump it hahahha :p Managed a best of 13.5 at 112mph. I was happy enough with that, with my Mph and horrid 60fts it nets me into the 12s. I was there on the night with a mate in a Supercharged gold Civic with the plates 40RGD. He is a gun drag racer and said if I just manned up I could run a pretty easy 12.8/12.9. So I was over the moon with the car!!

Mate absolutely!! I spoke to the owner of that and the Evo 10 RS before leaving. The Lotus was boosted and had 30K worth of engine and tuning done He had fat semi's on and still couldn't get traction with his whopping 500+rwhp. I think he was in the low 11's.

Loved your car man, sounded so good. Always been a big fan of RS4s. What times were you doing?

The SCURA 1 Exige is always out at the track. Does ridiculous track times as well, its a Turbo setup and is making around the 400hp mark from memory. Did consistent 11.7s at like 125mph He was running Advan AD08's and skidding the hell out of them as well hahaha

All good, surprised there was even a turnout with the game on.

Holy crap, 500rwhp! That is way more than I have been told. Either that or he went to town on it again after a little run in with the armco at Lakeside earlier this year

Yeah they mentioned he does a 1:01 around Lakeside. The Evo did a 1:06 with street tyres.

Would that be the matte black lotus we had at our euro meet when all the lotus club rocked up?
If so, i can also vouche for it being 500HP and insane.

61's isn't really that quick :\ I was under the impression it was doing like 57/58s.

I didn't see your runs. I did see a Anthony/Jason head to head though.

The surprise for me was the white 1M. I think it's was doing around low 12s, not sure. Would have liked to have had a chat to him to see what he'd done to it. Interested to know if it was just tuning.

Yeah I knew there was something not standard about that Lotus, just not what. I know it wasn't anti-lag but it was like it did the way it was throwing flames.

Best I could manage was a 13.4. I'm sure there were a couple more tenths in it with someone else driving. 60ft wasn't anything to brag about. I reckon that's still pretty good for a standard car and average driver.

If you believe the interweb it should be capable of a 12.8 in standard trim but I reckon that would need a very savage launch (i.e. dial up 7k and side step the clutch). I have too much mechanical sympathy for that. All my runs were within 4 tenths of each other. The 13.8 I backed off before the line after I totally muffed it off the start. The first few run were with the ESP still on. My MPH was right, 108.

All in all the time is what I expected. I have an another car, same driver, similar weight and puts out the same power at all four. Makes power differently but does much the same time. MPH is the same. A new engine is currently being build for it.
Was it a 1M? I was fairly sure it was a 135i but I didn't get a good look at it. Was quite a fast car, I could tell it had sussy work as well as a full exahaust. Not sure on the finer details though, probably running a JB3 or JB4 tune most likely. What surprised me was that it was a girl driving it! I lined her up in one race and she did an easy 12.8, had a solid gap on me.

I hear ya on the mechanical sympathy line, I rely on my car a little too much. So a full bore launch would have either ended in tears or a quality 12sec pass for me. Would much prefer a running car to be honest :p. Still 13.4 at 108mph is fast man, specially for the RS4 which is quite a hefty car. Plus your car sounds utterly amazing! Is it stock? Exhaust was throwing me a little as I am used to the shape which has the little buldging ovals moulded into the rear bar?
