Hi Rob.
You are on the list.

As i stated earlier in the thread, i prefer if we can keep these to forum members so that i can keep control over the event in one location.
It would be a lot easier if you can get them to sign up and then they can come along to the other events we hold.

Were they looking at coming along to the June one or the one after?

They said "the next one". If they don't get in this time, I'm sure they will be pleased to be in the following one. Now that we have a policy, I am sure that will spur them to sign up to the forum. Just a matter of time, anyway.

No worries.
I can put them on the reserve list but priority must be given to regular forum members who actively participate in other events.

Hopefully you can give it a bit more of a blurt out there now that you know the track.
