  • Maroondah Dam cruise 4/11/2007- Review

As always had a blast with the VWW. Weather was poo as and the roads slippery as but was still made fun! Luckily the weather held up for the BBQ.

Big thanks to Tim for organising this cruise!!

Hi All. Sorry I had to leave you all @ Seville, but I had to upload all my photos to Photobucket...No had to deal with concern @ home. Anyway I saw all of you heading home along Bayswater Road!
Cheers to Tim for his route planning. Everyone had a blast, and while I watched all of you guys show your driving prowess from my vantage point, at the tail of the train, I at least returned home with my car and dignity intact! I probably won the fuel economy award!!!

                  cheers guys.
I was impressed with the turnout given the weather.
the road after marysville was truly awesome! we got a great traffic free run for ages.
but yeah. on top of everything we had some good laughs which is kinda what its all about.
and yes a definate changing of tha guard. Carl was the only old school dubber to show in his MK2

Yeah i drove the Passat instead of the VR6, if it was drier i would have represented for the Mk3 boys/girls.
