I wont say anything about the f1 will i?
ah BDS, 90% of the F1 I watch "live" on chase play , even if it takes me another 24 hours to catch the finish line. and in the meantime I have a total media blackout.
and anyone who attempts to mention it to me knowingly, gets introduced to my two black belts!

I know I'm gonna sound like your mums, but bring something warm to wear on Sunday. Its currently 21C down on the flats, but is only 15C on our back verandah here in roley.
Why does this always happen haha. There may be a problem as the off ramp for the first meet is closed i believe. damn getting there is going to be a pain. Thanks for posting it gareth.
Doesn't look like we'll be able to stop at Belmont Park if that's what you meant :/ Hadn't occured to me that would be closed, I was only expecting city street closures... Hmmm, we could double back to Burswood (ie turn right at GE Hway) and park by the Dome to regroup. Otherwise not much before GE Bypass.

Hmm That seems like the only option. Not really much parking space after that.

Would i be able to tag along to your cruise to araluen?
The bimmerclubinc website is down and i'm really interested in going to the show and shine.
Hi Nathan, thanks for signing on. I've been talking to a couple of the boys about the BCI forum issues, hopefully they get it solved & back online soon.
See ya there

Agreed!! Current forecast is 23, so it will be cooler up in Roley for sure, especially at the bottom of the valley
are there any coffee shops near the meeting place?
Maccas or BP Wild Bean on the way there I'd say Not sure what's up in Stirling though.

Hi guys, just some final reminders for the day -
Meet Point: City of Stirling carpark off Cedric Street, 9am
Depart: 10am.
If you are meeting us at Araluen, we will be going in the staff entrance further up Croyden Road just past the bridge, not the main public entrance.
This is a public event- please remember we will be driving through residential areas on the way to Araluen.
Since the route has been discussed online, do not be surprised if we see police along the way.
Unsafe or irresponsible driving will not be tolerated and registration details may be reported. Participants drive at their own risk.
I collected the flags today - they were just over $800. Don’t forget we will be able to use them at future events like German Car Day & Day of the Volkswagen, so thanks to those who have said they will chip in already. Still chasing for contributions towards them!! Happy to collect cash on the day.
Luke & I have organised a sausage sizzle as well - $2 sausage + $2 cans, but BYO if you still want to as there will be extra BBQs made available for us. There is also a cafe at Araluen if people want to buy coffees etc during the afternoon.
If you have a set of UHF radios/2ways bring them along for the cruise! Any queries on the day - you can call/txt me 0419900006 or Luke (Back Door Shenanigans) 0451962621.
