OK guys and gals time to lock this one in so we can get a decent turnout.
Details are as follows:
DATE:
Sunday 4th of November
MEET POINT:
There will be two meet points. One for people coming from the west and one for people in the eastern suburbs to save them back tracking. The times I will list are hopefully going to be departure times. So please make sure u eat ya cornflakes nice and early. Alternatively if anyone wants to meet us up at the dam theyre welcome to do that too.
9:30am at the usual Albert Park meet point for all the guys in the west that are not so familiar with this side of the city. See map below.

10:30am at Harvey Norman Carpark. Maroodah hwy nunawadding. Its just near the intersection of the hwy and springvale rd. See the map below. Should be easy to cruise east onto the hwy from here.

ROUTE:
Departing Albert park we will head up hoddle street and onto the eastern fwy. Exiting at springvale rd then left onto maroondah hwy to the harvey norman carpark meet point.
From here the plan is to cruise down the hwy to maroondah reservoir (which is just past healesville) and have a BBQ in the park at the foot of the dam wall. If we have time it is also possible to walk up the hill and over the top of the dam.

After a lovely chat and stuffing our faces with some greasy food I figure its time to hit the twisties. We will follow the B360 (AKA black Spur) Till we hit the marysville turnoff. From there we can cruise through the town and turn right at the lake mountain turnoff which we will be able to follow all the way through cambarville then turn right onto the C511 which will take us thru to warburton where we can regroup. From here depending on how we feel we can either head for home towards lillydale or if anyone is feeling like they havent had their fill yet we can tackle mt donna buang. I figure we decide that after we regroup though.

WHAT TO BRING:
-Yourself
-A UHF radio if you have one. I will bring mine.
-Your car or a mate to drive you round for the day.
-Anything special that you want for lunch (I will bring some sausages and hamburgers and a loaf of bread and maybe a bottle or two of softdrink) There is a supermarket in healesville if anyone wants to do it that way
-A good attitude
-Digital Camera to capture the moment
Anyways.
We wont be out to set any records or break any road rules. I did the run today and noticed an unmarked police car just outside warburton. These roads are loads of fun but as they are narrow in sections we do need to be reasonably careful. I cant stress that enough.
I wont overload you with info. Thats my invite. Feel free to join me on what should be a nice day out.
In case anyone gets lost or needs help on the day i will include my mobile number. 0411380529
