QLD SO2012 - VAG show in Auckland

So over the weekend a few of us put together a wee VAG based stance show in Auckland. It's called stance off, this years show was SO2012.

Last year we had around 20 cars in a commercial car park in Auckland. This year we had 34 entries and a whole lot of sponsors who were extremely generous with their prize packs. We had a really great turn out of cars, great bunch of people, some awesome photographers and the standard was lifted tenfold since last year's show.

Love how the dub scene in NZ is skewed towards the older cars, checkout the post counts on VASK compared to VWW in relation to generation of Golf.

That's because up until the Mk4 Golf, Volkswagen sold approximately two cars a year in Australia - lol

I would agree vw wasn't a major player in Australia till the mk4

Awesome Corrado, how many have you got of them in your area?? i have a G60 here in Brisbane. Would love to get to your meet some day looks like there's some real nice hardware in NZ.
