It all depends on who turns up on the night. I find the Wednesday nights are a lot quieter than the Saturdays. ................always wanted to attend one of these and it would be good to watch u guys take the vw's for a fang...... howeva boras bushings need to be replaced quite badly thanks to shocking qld rds. So I dont think id make this one.
what exactly are these events....are they testing cars straight line speed, so that we are able to know how work on our cars as improved performance? and I can see you need a helmet from willowbanks website, which I have been meaning to get for sometime does anyone know where to buy good helmets from?

look around motorbike shops for helmets. they have a large range and that's your best chance of getting a bargain when they clear stuff to make way for a new range. motorbike helmet is fine for this event as long as it has the australian standard sticker, which they should all have unless they're toys.
some people are clowns and turn up with full face motocross helmets with dust filter. who knows, maybe that's a good thing when the commodore beside u decides to create a smoke screen to hide the car from all angles.Comment

Would love too but.... I'm giving the clutch a little more time to heal after I hurt it quite badly.
Long pants, long sleeve shirt and enclosed shoes are a must along with the helmet. I just used an old dirt bike helmet and had no dramas.
