[QLD] Brisbane Monthly Cruise . Sunday, Feb 12th-Cruise and BBQ

Hi Guys and Girls. Another monthly cruise and to keep with the trend it’s on the second Sunday of the month. Let’s see if we can beat the turn out last time of approx 22 people.

Last time we went north so this time we are going to go south. Anyone with a VW is welcome.
We will be meeting then going for a drive to the Tamborine region. Stopping for a BBQ then the option for another cruise after. As we all know its been very wet lately so we aren’t 100% sure what will happen after the BBQ. I will decide closer to the date.
At the BBQ spot we can “play cars” broom broom. I will have my VAGCOM cable if anyone wants to use it for anything.

WARNING: If bad weather is due and its very wet, we will cancel this. It rained last time but it wasn’t too bad. However it is dangerous and a lot of the roads up around Tamborine can get flooded (in the lower valleys)

Meeting Spot: Carpark on Logan Boat Ramp Lane which is off River Hills road eagleby.
Back up meeting spot is on the opposite side of the highway in the Actual Logan River Parklands.

    Time: 10am for a 10:30ish leave.

    When: Sunday Feb 12th

Where to: We will be headed out towards Mount Tamborine which will take 40-50mins. At which point we will stop for a BBQ. Maps and turn by turn directions will be handed out as they were last time. Hopefully people look at them this time.

What to Bring: Whatever you want to cook for lunch, can be hot or cold. Deck chairs are optional as im not sure how many seats are there.

    Car park

The first part of the cruise to the BBQ spot. Please see the below link. The after cruise will be given out at the meet.

    See you all there!!!
