I spoke with Carl a couple of days ago. Apparently he may be in Japan around this time so isnt able to commit.

So far we have 8 people confirmed. Another 2 and I can make the booking.
The lodge sleeps 22 at a squeeze from memory. Around 15 would be a comfortable number though
