just a quick question, how seriously do competitors take the show n shine? ill be cleaning my car but want to know what extent should i go to?

As far as you want to, and it also depends on if you want to have a run at winning a prize or just want to show your car.

Bring along your sunscreen as the UV Index will be very high.
