Hi everyone, Happy new year.
Hope everyone who came out to the last westside meet can come along to this http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/foru...2-a-66155.html.
There's going to be a lot of really nice cars and it would be good to get as many people and cars here as possible to support the guys who have set it up (Some of you would of met or would know Stu and the eastside crew who came to the first meet for this thread).
Should be a great day, keen to get a pre meet setup so we can rock up as a large group, let me know if your keen and where you would be starting from so we can pick a place close for everyone to head to before heading to South Yarra.

Awards
There are no model specific categories; all the cars will be judged according to the following award criteria:
Peoples choice award – 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Voting cards will be handed out, you will note down what your favourite cars are and then rate them 1st, 2nd and 3rd in your opinion.
Judged awards:
-Car of show: Best car as judged
-Best Fitment: Car that exhibits the best combination of wheel and tyre size in conjunction with suspension/ride height and camber.
-Best Presented: Car is the cleanest/most effort displayed. Takes into account: paint, interior, good detailing and engine bay.
-Padded Cell Award: Goes to the craziest, most outlandish and outrageous modifications.

Hmm, this makes it an issue. How about friday or saturday night? Id imagine people having bdays/dinners/other plans etc. Quite difficult situation haha. Perhaps we should just set a date for next week, or this, and whoever can make it does and whoever cant. I agree guys next week will give us all a bit of time to pencil in and keep free, is next fri, sat 11th okay for an afternoon around 3pm meet seeing work commitments may drag a few people down during the week??? Sunday is hanging rock car show, shame we can't bring our beasts there 😠Comment
