  • VW and Audi Action Day - Bris - with pics

    Hi everyone,

Just a quick report on the VW and Audi action day that was held in Brisbane over the weekend.

As we probably expected, the show and shine mainly consisted of our Air cooled friends but there were a couple of very nice R32s and GTIs to make up for the lack of numbers.

If these cars belong to anyone here, I hope you don't mind me sharing the pics with everyone.

Look's like everyone had excellent weather for a good fun day out around Oz.

Mk4 R32's. One of my all time favorite's. Specially silver.

Look's like a S4 next to then too.

I'll give you a tip. Any VW show will alway's be overpowered (not by there engine's) by aircooler's.

Just joking. There's some very bloody powerful wind cooled engine's out there.

Silver R is Dave Ellis from www.waxit.com.au, Blue is Paul Keefer, GTI is Guy Hardings, Audi is Guy's wife's car.

                Cheers Al

                        Sorry

                        Hi,

Sorry no Quattro pics. I was in awe of the R32s that I overlooked the Audis next to them.

                        Sorry

                            Now, that's it!!!

The R32 would go in a heart beat for one of those....especially if I could get my hands on a SWB.....

What a lucky, lucky bugger. And you've got to love the WRC plates
