  • NSW WSID Wednesday Night meet Oct 26

    Just throwing it out there,

our own event hasn't really gathered steam.
we all like to drive enthusiastically.

So, if plenty of people want to get involved, how about organising a meet at the WSID, Oct 26 and run as many watercooled VW's down the quarter as we can. Get some good fun in, some fast facts about the different combinations on cars and see what we can do?

See what the response is like and we could make it happen?

I haven't been since last year, but they were fixing up the dirt car park, and even the paid parking was still dirt, the only Tarmac was the disabled parking.

                    Ha ha nice .

I should ( fingers crossed ) be there in the mk3 VR6T . I may have a mk3 Auto that someone can drive if they dont have a car . Its no slouch either , only 0.8 seconds slower than a mk3 vr6 on the 1/8th mile !

I'm planning on being there, waiting on overhaul/offsite dates and hoping they dont clash. Will post in here anyway, but hopefully it just inspires some dubs to geto ut there. Least Sydney has a legal place to race!

Gay I know, but im 50/50.

Starting a longwall move soon and that means 12 hour shifts. Was planning on finishing after a 9 hour and then coming down normally but things change when its move time. Get it done as quick as possible. Ah well, bit of an idea, last one for the 2011 calendar year (going by the website) and might have a few VAG out to represent
