looks like i wont be making this one, guys...
after i've spent time (not necessarily much money) sorting the car, experimenting with different ride heights @ each corner, different damper settings, one week of tyre pressure testing to find optimal levels.... and after having lost almost 40kg's from the car, which transformed the handling...
after finally getting the car to where i want it to be in the corners (people who have seen me in the corners, know just how ^%$#ing capable my little polo tdi was - being able to stick with gerard, him leading and no traffic in front - in his revo stage 2 Audi S3 over reefton was probably its finest hour)....
i get hit in the back hard by a guy in a landcruiser with a bullbar... my repairer said it's probably a write off.
sad day. my car might not have been very fancy or desirable, but it got me through some tough times, and seriously impressed e46 m3/ evo 7-8 / skyline drivers that are in another driving club i'm in, all whilst looking completely nondescript.
it's still early days, but i think it's a case of "damn... i'm going to miss that car".

Just wondering what the details were on when you meet up at Tim's workplace. Was thinking of dropping past briefly after work tonight (assuming you're still around just before 6pm).
Also when you go on your cruise this weekend could someone take not of what time they leave Knox and what time they arrive in Yarra Junction and let me know.... if I did join a future cruise I would probably rendezvous there.
Thanks

Is this before or after you humiliate them (Commodore drivers) with your Polo?
If you see a filthy blue Mk6 Golf there then that's me
