Thanks to all of the watercooled boys who supported this event! Was an awesome sight to see so many VAG vehicles running at one place!!

petes best time was 14 but then he broke a driveshaft

So I spent most of the day fumbling around trying to launch the car right, and was doing mid 13's... Then just when I had started to figure out how to launch my car, I got 13.17, 13.06, and then on my last run I got it all right, only to pop an intercooler hose and rolled over the line in 13.04 with a trap of only 100mph, haha; spewing as I could've dipped into the 12's!

I had a great time too and met some people for the first time, never been to a VAG event nor ever been drag racing, I was having trouble getting a good launch too, my best time was 14.3 and was looking at the ass of a few GTI's haha..

Nevertheless was well worth the trek out of Melbourne and saw some great cars..
Loved the S4 with the porsche engine and Audi symbol exhaust..

Sorry to be a pain but that last car you are referring to is an Audi S2. It is owned by a member of OZ Audi forum. It has an RS2 intake on it so that is why it has Porsche on the engine.
