what's the cruise like on the sat arvo? i'm pretty keen for that? it is a bit of blaht or just more chilled?

Saturday is the big cruise, by Club Veedub, it's a must see we had 48 (I think) dubs in motion last year. (Would love as many as possible to come along and make it bigger and better this year!)

Meet at Russell Carpark (near the Eagle statue) 2:30pm
Then end up having a great BBQ at 4.

Has some great photo op's in between! (I'm gonna be one of the camera cars this year)

Can't make the convoy (taking friday to wash the car!), but I might see some of you at the cruise or the autofest.

So plan of attack is:

Friday
- Go out and get wonky at some random clubs and bars for Matt 30th birthday

Saturday
- Feel sorry about our hang overs and talk about last nights antics
- Get some good alcohol soaking up food for lunch
- Attend VW club cruise
- Where should we go for dinner on Saturday night? Local imput here...
- Trip to Fhyswhick carwash to give the cars all a good detail.

Sunday
- Trip to civic macca's
- Attend a car show
- Brraappp along ACT's finest tarmac
- What we doing for dinner?

Monday
- Fair shake of the sauce bottle.

Maybe a small italian resturant or a pub that does a PHAT parma but not full of old people.

There's the George harcourt inn in Gungahlin? They do a nice feed and it's fairly small. Will definitely need to book a table though.

Well...

I've got accomodation (Thanks, Blitzen! I love you even if you still own a Polo!) and a travelling partner. So i'm in.

Need to polish the Fuchs wheels and the exhaust tip. Also need to check the fuel lines and possibly replace them. Hasn't been touched since the VW Nationals 2008. haha.

i'm after a part and given i'm coming up to Canberra this w/e I thought I might try to tap into the NSW, ACT, QLD market for those of you who are heading on down.

I'm after the N75J valve most commonly found on Audi TT 225 and I think the S3?

The stealers are asking an arm and a leg for these things :s

Also, If anyone is able to post this on to OzAudi as well that'd be fantastic.
