Hi guys,
I'm starting to organise the roadtrip list for VW nationals in sydney in May
We are planning on heading up on the Friday morning of Nats weekend then spending saturday and sunday attending events and return on the monday.
So my plans so far are to meet up at Cooper street BP service station on the Hume Hwy in Epping at 6:30am.
Grab a quick breakfast and make sure we are all topped up on GO GO Juice then depart at 7:00am.
We will be making our way up the Hume hwy to which along the way we can decide if and when we need to take break for food and fuel.
After talking to a few of the guys that made the trip last year, it is approx 9hrs (depending on how many stops we make).
I will be printing out some maps including directions which will also include a list of attendants and contact numbers incase anyone gets lost along the way or has any problems.
As suggested by josh (golfman) it might be a good idea to get some CV radios (This way we can plan eye spy).
Si i'll start a list of who will be attending as well as a Mabye list for those that are hoping to attend but are unsure yet.
If anyone has any suggestion to add or change to any of my plans so far then just let me know and we can discuss.

We have organised our own accommodation for the weekend but if anyone has any questions about finding somewhere send me a Pm and i'll let you know where we will be staying incase you want to try and get in there as well.
