Yeah they are. I hate the 1.5x factor, Stupid 3J Rules are a PITA, have to run a 36mm inlet restrictor when the time comes which is ridiculous considering the air diesels need to flow. Anything bigger than a VNT17 is going to be pointless and that isn't exaclty a big turbo. Will have to see how it goes with a 17/22 or the Kerma K3.2008 VW Polo TDi
GIAC | REMSA | PD160 | DECAT | MUFFLERECTOMY | ECS | SUPERPRO | PXL KIWI WIFI | 312mm BRAKES | OZ RACING | KUMHO V70A
To Buy: VNT 17/22 or K3 Turbo | R783 Nozzles | Intercooler | Water meth kit.

Not too clog up teh thread but yess there is a lot of "grey area's" regarding running a diesel. My Dad has been working with Improved Production to try and encourage the use of alternative fuels. Its a long way off but should be good...Originally posted by Evaded Motorsport View PostYeah they are. IPRA allows diesels, there are a couple of people building them as far as I am aware. Atleast it is being discussed on the IPRA forums. The bigger issue is the restrictor limits.Originally posted by Water Boy View PostNot too clog up teh thread but yess there is a lot of "grey area's" regarding running a diesel.
