POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN - NEXT ONE 9th APRIL

Hey All,

Thinking about heading up to the next Saturday night Test 'n Tune at Willowbank, which is being held on 19th March... going to see how much time I can knock of the 1/4 times after the ECU re-flash and suspension mods!!

Entry to race is $40 per car and includes the driver plus one other person... You will need an AS1698 / Snell approved helmet, long sleeves, long pants and covered footwear if you want to run...

Would be good to see a few more Euro cars up there

I've been keen since I had my dv fixed and now I have the bluefin done. So at this stage count me in.

sounds like a good bit of fun to me, how many times do you get to run your car down the strip? or is it just like once.

Also, I have no helmet... can you hire one or something?

Oh and they would let me (a not even 18 yet P-plater) go?

Number of runs depends on how busy it is... normally 4-5 minimum and 8-9 on a good night... Don't know about hiring a helmet, but if there are a few of us going it shouldn't be too hard to borrow one. Failing that, you can pick one up for $149 at one of the motorbike places in Moss St at Springwood.

No problems being a P-Plater, you just need a licence (not learners)

Awesome. Do not have $150 spare at the moment, so if I do make it down might see if i can scab one off someone haha. Although thats pretty cheap, would be worth it considering I plan to do these things a lot more in the future. Could probably find someone who would lend me thiers up here if i asked around.

Hmm, so very tempting. Might see if a friend (although he has a commodore) wants to make the trip down.
