QLD Euro meet #3 25/02/2011

Judging by the interest and turn out of the last event.

How would we feel about a weekend meet at Riverside park again in Hamilton but an afternoon?

I'm keen to organise it with a few others. Get a BBQ happening and all of us get some sweet snaps taken of our cars.

Just an idea.

Sounds good, i will be there as i get back in warm/sunny QLD on the 22nd.
I will try to do up a flyer tonight so we can spread it to other websites and car clubs.

What time should we aim for?
Just be aware that the park can get quite busy on a weekend during the day, might be best for a test drive to see how busy it gets.

Yeah i'll have a look at it this weekend to see how busy it gets. Was thinking of a 5pm meet as the sun ususally doesn't set till about 6.30/7. And as for flyer's That would be awesome. Let me know when you have done one up and i'll get some printed for my work and start advertising on other forums. Spread the word lets make it a big attendance.

5:00-5:30pm start sounds great as it gives us a chance to get the bbq's cracking and still gives us enough light to take some nice shots.

Let me know if there are any other details you need in the flyer and i wil have it done by tonight.
