NSW WSID feeler - Wed 12th Jan

I have not taken a car to WSID before but thought it could be cool to give it a go.

Wednesday nights are running regularly through Jan and thought maybe the 12th is a good time as people have finished with Christmas etc. I'd still need to confirm that worked for me, but if there are others keen I'll make sure it worked out.

So anyone interested in coming along with me to check it out and run some times?

Not sure, I bought a >$100 open face motorcycle helmet a few years back which I use for other track days in preference to borrowing such a piece of kit.

Ha, I certainly see the humanity to myself in purchasing one. The rarity of approaching a track let alone racing means I don't really require a helmet that's all.

Unless Ringwood gets the big goahead to turn into a motorsport complex. Fingers crossed!

You need an AS1698 helmet people (unless you run quicker than 10.999)

Still thinking of going? I might be able to get the afternoon off to get there. Have done just over 1500km's now so should be ok to give it a hit.
