I might head down for a look on Sunday, don't think I'll be tracking the gti though. Knowing my luck something would break for sure

Great day today. Even spectating was a heap of fun.

Can't wait for the next one, I might even give it a whirl

Hopefully... It would be a good comparison to some of the MX5's or such.

Was some great cars out today, Aside from the dude in the ferarri going off twice.

Thanks Everyone, that was awesome fun, who could believe the fine weather? 80 litres of juice in the Cayman, that was about 50 laps though - felt a bit foreign hopping into the GTI after that. Good that everyone came back in one piece (except for Brakes & Tyres )

Nah, No extension, they are still repairing it.

Day was perfect, dry ALL day, couldn't believe it. There was a small constant stream running across the entry into turn 1 that made things fun

Had a ball on my first visit to Morgan Park.
Spent the day Instructing/Driving,had fun in the S3,and then drove Guy's super Cayman Turbo, and the APR GTI.
Both were excellent, with the Cayman singled out for it's all-round great performance, and the GTI for it's awesome brakes and great grip as it fired out of corners. Thanks to Guy for the drives.
Enjoyed the Track very much, and the standard of driving was very good.
Did some laps in the passenger seat of the APR GTI with James from APR,who impressed with his smoothness and consistency behind the wheel.
All in all a great day,and thanks again to Guy for the invite.
After all,it's not like it's far from home in Georges Hall,NSW to Morgan Park....
Resting at my sister's in Lismore tonight, then back on the road tomorrow to Wauchope to a friend's place, then on home Wednesday.
                                Cheers
                                Len
