I will be there depending on work (& how deep in TAFE assignments I am).

FYI. BP Engadine (Old Princes H'wy) has reopened after renovations.

Also, just a heads up, be wary of Highway Patrol on the Princes H'way south of Sutherland. There are two unmarked Commo SS's that frequent this stretch of road. One is red and the other is Kermit the frog green.

I am just letting people know. I am not condoning that people go and drive like idiots. If you drive sensibly then you won't have any problems with the boys in blue.

Anyway, how many red or green Commo SS's are out there? Alot I am guessing.

I am all for charity organisations, they contribute a lot to people in need in our communities.

Lots of road cyclists in the way, they contribute to road rage.

I've seen "Kermit" in the Bunnings Car Park at Kirrawee with Tweety Bird sunshades on the rear door window. Cute.
You know you are getting old when you cancel your order for a 3.6 CC and buy an Icelandic Gray TDI CC instead.

Yeah, was gonna say it was on (I was supposed to be doing it, but pulled out). You won't be able to go through the Nat Park that day and the coastal roads all the way from the Nat Park to the Gong will be packed with cyclists (and cops there for the event).

Nah, just meant a cruise would be a pain in those conditions. I did the ride last year and the cops control the traffic heavily, lots of stop/start sections, etc... would be like driving in peak hour with a nice view.

The "I warned you" was a tounge in cheek comment in relation to my earlier post on highway patrol Pepe.

I have been along the highway while the Syd to Gong is on and yes it is not much fun.
Down to one lane with a temp speed limit of 60km/h. You also get idiots driving down the closed lane at highway speeds dodging cyclists.
