I was gonna come up on the Saturday day but that itenarary sounds schweeeet so I'll see...I'll most likely be staying at pinnacle in Kingston with a few mates...

Formula 1 hotel on the north side is about 10-15 min drive from the show (lake) straight down Northbourne Ave.

I have never stayed there, so can not give any info about it. But the only other down-side is that there is no secure underground parking.

Anyway, just an option.

Just checked it out cheap rates and close. Can take 3 per room, works out at $93 total for each of us for the 3 nights, what are your thoughts? And they have 15 rooms available at the mo.....

The week after (starting the 20th) is my mid semester break, so in that respect all good, I just have to check that I can make it up friday ( make sure I've got nothing due then) Should know for sure by the weekend.

I might be a passenger, not sure yet.
