i wouldnt be able to get time off i think. im planning on taking a few weeks off during janurary and go to summernats. so if i go to this id drive up the night before and drive home after it.

That would be awesome if I can scab a lift!! not much progress as of late just taken parts off etc plus had to put the magna back together huge oil leak and other various crap, need to get shot of it and get looking at other VAG machinary for the better half!!! It be great to speak to your dad when ever he's got time.

There is a Club VeeDub cruise orgainsed for Saturday, which I think also involves a BBQ (unsure about the details at this stage). This will start after lunch and is open to all VWs. Hopefully a lot of the interstate guys will have enough time to get to Canberra and join the cruise and BBQ to catch up before the big day.
